A message has popped up stating "This license is currently being used from another IP address. Please try later or contact email@example.com for resolution.”
It is possible this is related to the latest HUGHESNET or equiv. satellite ISP update. This new update apparently utilizes multiple IP addresses spread across multiple network paths, which confuses the ASN server system.
To resolve this issue, the multiple IP address usage can be disabled by disabling the web acceleration mode in the modem settings.
Disabling web acceleration does not appear to actually reduce performance in our experience. Web acceleration has been noted to cause issues with many services including ASN.
